The River Ranch House built in the 1860's by a Russian Family. After 150 years we purchased the 7 acre ranch in 1990 that was originally several hundred acres. We expanded the simple Victorian Farm House to four bedrooms, five baths, large, modern kitchen. The comfortable home is not elegantly modern, but charmingly Victorian with contemporary trappings including: Hi Definition Television, central Heat, Computer and High Speed DSL. Less than a mile from historic Healdsburg Plaza, the 3800 sq. ft. home is situated high on the banks of the Russian River, known as the fastest rising and falling river in the western hemisphere. Each spring we install a very private rustic river camp for your seasonal enjoyment.

The spacious country kitchen has two double French Doors leading out to the large colonial brick patio.
