We request a security deposit of $200 per home that is refunded within 30 days or a phone bill if property is left satisfactory. We have a two night minimum, three night for holidays. JULY AND AUGUST THERE IS A ONE WEEK MINIMUM. THE HOMES ARE ABOUT 100 FEET APART. |
Our River Ranch has been host to many events. We have parking for about 50 cars. We have a separate event contract that is aside from lodging. We will be happy to discuss your plans. |
